The popular EdenPURE Heaters have been sold by the millions - and for good reason. With the money you could save on your heating bill, the EdenPURE Signature Edition could potentially pay for itself in no time. And that's just the start of the benefits with the EdenPURE Signature Edition Quartz Infrared Portable Heater.
The EdenPURE Signature Edition was designed and engineered with technological breakthroughs to keep you comfortable and save you money on your heating bill. EdenPURE's engineers combined patented copper and infrared heating design with a customized humidifier, air purification ionizer and even a remote control timer. The result is a completely NEW healthy home heating system known as the EdenPURE GEN4 Signature Edition.
A major cause of residential fires in the United States is the portable heater. But the EdenPURE Signature Edition is safe. That’s because the outside of the Signature only gets mildly warm to the touch; it will not burn children or pets. In fact, pets can sleep on it when it is operating without harm.
Typical heating sources reduce humidity and oxygen in the room which can dry out your sinuses and your skin, cause more susceptibility to illness, and make you feel sleepy when the heat comes on because they are burning up oxygen. The Signature Model uses soft cozy feeling infrared heat which does not reduce humidity or oxygen in the room – ever. And unlike other heating sources, the EdenPURE Signature cannot put poisonous carbon monoxide, any type of fumes or harmful radiation into a room.
The innovative EdenPURE Signature Edition Quartz Infrared Portable Heater heats the room evenly, wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling. With other heating sources most of the heat is concentrated high and to the center of the room. And, as you know, traditional portable heaters only heat an area a few feet around the heater itself -- This is not only a cause for concern for safety reasons (see above) but a very inefficient way to warm up a room. With the EdenPURE Signature, the temperature will remain consistent throughout the room -- worry free.

- 3 Year Manufacturers Warranty
- Model A4427
- Push Button Controls and Infrared Remote
- On/Off Timer
- Electronic Thermostat
- Ultrasonic Humidifier: It is a well documented fact that Infrared heat travels and spreads most efficiently on water vapor. By adding vapor mist into the direct path of the heater's grill in micro-electronic controlled 2 minute increments, the maximum moisture is added to the heaters output. This synergized addition of the mist vaporizer dramatically increases the heat rise and spread as well as producing a super level of therapeutic comfort. This therapeutic comfort is especially beneficial for children and the elderly. Conserves energy compared to most heaters. Water reservoir for the humidifier holds 42 ounces of water.
- Air ionizer promotes clean indoor air. This is how a negative ionizer works: Most all particles in the air have a positive charge or are positively ionized, while negative ions have a negative charge. Negative ions are drawn to these positively charged particles by magnetic attractions to one another. When there is a high enough concentration of negative ions in the air, they will attract to floating particles in large numbers. This causes the particle to become too heavy to remain airborne. As a result, the particles will drop out of the air, keeping them out of the breathing zone and out of the respiratory system where it can trigger breathing and health problems.
- Overheat protection – sensor will shut off heater if it reaches excessive heat level or tips over
- Has no exposed heating elements that can cause a fire
- Cannot harm children or pets
- Can lower your heating bill; in some cases the savings may be substantial
- The EdenPURE Signature can be run on “Auto” mode; if the mode is set to "Auto" the unit will cycle on and off to maintain the desired temperature setting. It is also equipped with a “HIGH” mode; if the mode is set to "High" the unit will stay on Full power at the highest heat setting and keep heating. It will not cycle off on "High" mode.
- When the EdenPURE Signature is set on the “Auto” mode and cycling off and on, it has been equipped with an Energy Savings feature. The unit will run on full power until it gets to within 2 degrees of the desired temperature. At this point it will automatically go into an energy savings mode which shuts down 2 of the heating elements and lowers the fan speed. Not only will this save energy, it also keeps the room temperature closer to the desired temperature. If the room temperature should fall below 2 degrees the unit will return to the full power mode until the desired temperature is reached again.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHY DOES THE FAN TURN ON AND BLOW COLD AIR EVERY THREE MINUTES? When the heater is set on the auto mode and the room temperature has reached the desired temperature or the room temperature is warmer than the preset temperature the unit will stop heating (both the fan motor and the bulbs will shut down). The heater is designed with a feature that will detect the room temperature every three minutes. This feature works by having the fan run for around 20 seconds every three minutes, the purpose is to draw the air from the room into the sensor to get a more accurate reading of the room temperature so that the heater is not relying on temperature right around the unit which typically remains warmer due to the heater still inside the unit. This feature helps the heater maintain a more even room temperature.evenly.
WHAT IS ABS? ABS is a heat resistant copolymer (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).
DOES THE HEATER GENERATE IONS? Yes, a small amount of negative ions.
DO THE HEATERS HAVE FILTERS? HOW DO I CLEAN THE FILTER? This EdenPURE heater comes equipped with a washable lifetime filter which is easy to clean. The manufacturer recommends the filter be cleaned regularly as needed. To do this, follow these steps:
- Press the tab on the top of the filter to release the filter and pull it straight out.
- Run warm tap water over the filter, the opposite direction of air flow, until water runs clear. The filter might excrete some filtered residue, so be cautious not to drip on any stainable surfaces such as carpeting. You can also soak the filter in water mixed with a small amount of mild dish soap (don’t forget to rinse with water after soaking filter).
- Shake the filter over a sink until excess water is removed and allow it to drip dry completely before reinstalling. DO NOT force the filter to dry using any alternative methods.
- Reinstall the filter to the rear of the unit by positioning the filter back in place.
CAN I USE THE HEATER ON A JOB/CONSTRUCTION SITE? The heater was not designed to be used in a high dust construction environment. Using the heater for this purpose will void your warranty.
CAN I USE THE HEATER TO HEAT MULTIPLE ROOMS AT ONE TIME? Yes. Keep in mind that heating will vary based on how open your floor plan is and the sizes of the rooms involved. We have heard back from many customers stating that with the help of ceiling fans they have been able to heat multiple rooms simultaneously by placing the unit in a central room. Our suggestion is to just give it a try to see if it works for you.
THERMOSTAT NOTES The power light will come on automatically when the unit is plugged in. Once the power button is pressed the temperature level light bar will illuminate.
MY POWER CORD OR PLUG IS HOT This is usually when the cord is plugged into a loose fitting receptacle. It can also be caused by overloading the circuit with more appliances than recommended, using an unapproved extension cord, plug adapter or power strip.
CAN I USE A SURGE PROTECTOR OR POWER STRIP WITH MY HEATER? NO. It is designed to plug directly into a grounded 110 volt 15 amp or higher circuit receptacle.
HOW DOES THE ULTRASONIC HUMIDIFIER WORK? Ultrasonic humidifiers use a piezo-electric transducer to create a high frequency mechanical oscillation in a body of water. The water tries to follow the high frequency oscillation but cannot because of its comparative weight and mass inertia. Thus, a momentary vacuum is created on the negative oscillation, causing the water to cavitate into vapor. The transducer follows this with a positive oscillation that creates high pressure compression waves on the water's surface, releasing tiny vapor molecules of water into the air. This is an extremely fine mist, about one micron in diameter, that is quickly absorbed into the air flow. Since the mist is created by oscillation, not heat, the water temperature need not be raised. Ultrasonic humidifiers, therefore, can create instantaneous humidity, and don't have to wait for a heating element to boil the water. This precise on/off humidity control is the hallmark of ultrasonic humidifiers. In addition, unlike wet pad humidifiers, ultrasonic units can be of comparatively small size, and still produce significant amounts of vapor.
MY HOME IS NOT INSULATED VERY WELL, WILL THIS HEATER HELP ME? Yes, but keep in mind that rooms with little insulation will not retain the heat as efficiently.
WHY WON'T MY REMOTE BATTERIES WORK OR STAY CHARGED? Ensure that the correct battery is installed. Battery life and performance depends on usage and on the contact leads having a good connection. Try bending the metal tabs slightly to ensure that there is a good connection.
WHY DOES THE FAN SPEED CHANGE WHEN OPERATING IN AUTO MODE? When the unit is set on the "Auto" mode and cycling off and on, it has been equipped with and Energy Savings feature. The unit will run on full power until it gets to within 2 degrees of the desired temperature. At this point it will automatically go into an energy savings mode which shuts down 2 of the heating elements and lowers the fan speed. Not only will this save energy, it also keeps the room temperature closer to the desired temperature. If the room temperature should fall below 2 degrees of the desired temperature, the unit will return to the full power mode until the desired temperature is reached again.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE HEATER AT A TIME? Yes, but you should make sure they are not on the same circuit. Each heater and appliance should be on its own circuit.
WHAT IS ZONE HEATING? Zone heating is about focusing heat where people spend the most time. After all, there is no point to heating multiple rooms to 68+ degrees when they are not in use.
CAN THE HEATER BE USED IN A BATHROOM? It is not recommended due to the moisture that is in a bathroom.
IS THE HEATER HARMFUL TO PETS AND/OR CHILDREN? No.
ONCE I INITIALLY PLUG THE UNIT IN AND TURN IT ON, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HEAT MY ROOM? Generally, it takes less than an hour. Please remember that with any type of heating process there are many variables: size of the room, how well the room is insulated, how many door/windows, how much bare concrete (which acts as a heat sink with any type of heating), the opening and closing of an exterior door, etc…
THE HEATER’S AIRFLOW SEEMS TO HAVE DIMINISHED. Make sure the rear intake is not blocked and that the filter is clean. Follow the filter maintenance procedure as listed in your owners manual.
CAN I MOVE THE HEATER AROUND WHILE IT IS OPERATING? It is not recommended to move any portable heater while it is operating. We recommend moving the heater once the fan has completely turned off.
MY HEATER WILL NOT TURN ON.
- Make sure the power source is good. Plug in a lamp to see if it works correctly.
- Make sure the front power switch/button is set to the “ON” position.
- Unplug the power for 30 minutes. Plug the power back in and try operating the heater again. This will reset the internal sensors.
- The heater is designed to be operated in temperatures less than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The heater will not operate when the temperature is too high. Test the heater in a room that is below 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bring the heater inside to warm up for at least one hour before operating if it has been stored in a freezing or near freezing environment.
- Make sure the filter is clean.
- Remember, it will take a few minutes for the heater to warm up. The fan will start to blow after the heater has warmed up.
HOW MANY KILOWATTS PER HOUR DOES THE HEATER USE? The EdenPURE US1000 uses up to approximately 1.5 kilowatts per hour in Full Power Mode and up to approximately 1.0 kilowatt per hour in Energy Savings Mode.

- Unplug the power for 30 minutes. Plug the power back in and try operating the heater again. This will reset the internal sensors.
CAN I USE THE HEATER AND ANOTHER APPLIANCE AT THE SAME TIME? Yes, as long as they are not on the same circuit. Zone heaters are considered to be an appliance. You should not run more than one larger appliance on a single circuit breaker. Your freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, and other such appliances should not share a circuit breaker.
THE FAN OPERATES AFTER TURNING THE POWER OFF. The blower fan will continue to run until the proprietary heat chambers have cooled down. After a few minutes the fan will shut off automatically.
CAN I USE AN EXTENSION CORD WITH MY HEATER? Avoid the use of extension cords because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire, however if you have to use an extension cord, the cord shall be no. 14awg minimum size and rated not less than 1875 watts. The extension cord shall be a 3 wire cord with a grounding type cord and plug connector.
I DON’T HAVE A GROUNDED OUTLET; CAN I USE A CORD ADAPTER OR REMOVE THE GROUNDING PLUG? NO. If you don’t have a grounded outlet, contact a licensed electrician in your area for advice. Removing or altering any part of the heater will void the warranty.
HEATER STORAGE When the heater is not going to be used for an extended period of time, please do the following:
- Unplug heater.
- Wind up electrical cord so as to keep it off of the ground.
- Cover the heater to prevent dust from accumulating on filter or internally.
- Store the heater in a dry, low dust environment.
CAN I USE THE HEATER IF I HAVE VAULTED CEILINGS OR CATHEDRAL CEILINGS? Yes, but it will take a little longer to heat the room initially. Once the room has reached the desired temperature the heater will cycle on and off accordingly.
WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE HEATER IN A BASEMENT OR GARAGE? Yes, but keep in mind that rooms with little insulation will not retain the heat as efficiently. Bare concrete floors, which act as a heat sink with any type of heating will absorb some of the heat. Placing the heater a few feet above the floor will allow for more efficient heating.
